Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the consumable nature of our products and for safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at allison@reroutewellness.com within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include:

• Your order number

• A photo of the damaged/incorrect product and packaging

• A short description of the issue

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue with a replacement or store credit if appropriate.
