All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our edible wellness products, we do not accept refunds or returns for safety and hygiene reasons. We appreciate your understanding.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re here to help! Email us at allison@reroutewellness.com within 48 hours of delivery, and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item(s) and packaging

  • A description of the issue

We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly with a replacement or store credit if needed.
